Shipping Policy

Delivery
The orders will normally be shipped within 7 working days from the date of order placed and delivery would be made within 7 working days from the date of shipment to serviceable locations. ( Excluding Saturday & Sunday & any public holidays )
For non-serviceable locations by our official courier, the delivery would be made either through third party courier / Post and will take 15 – 20 working days for delivery.

Secured Delivery with Tamper-evident Packaging

The tamper-evident packaging adds an additional layer of security to your package.

Your items are securely packed in a tamper-evident bag which has a unique package ID on it. This will help you identify whether or not the package was intended for you. In case you suspect that the package may have been tampered with, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

check for the following before accepting the package:

  • Verify whether the unique ID on the package that’s being delivered to you, matches the package ID you’ve received via email and SMS.
  • Security numbering is visible at the edges of the bag and not distorted.
  • Please do not accept the delivery of the package if it is evident that the package has been tampered or its package ID doesn’t match with the one you received via email and SMS.

Products will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods receipt signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere, the title and liability of the products purchased by you shall pass to you on the delivery and acknowledgment of the receipt of the same by you or anyone at your address, thus we are not responsible for damage of products after delivery in any event whatsoever.
Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service immediately upon delivery but shall not be in any event later than Twelve (12) hours of the delivery of the product starting from the time

Tracking

  • How do I track my Order?
    • Email and SMS are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.

    • I used my tracking number to check the details my shipment but the information is not clear to me.

  • I should have received my order by now but I haven’t. What do I do?
    • If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner’s site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with the order number and we will be happy to help you.
